Every piece leaving the Jersey Familiar studio is a made-to-order creation. We do not hold pre-made inventory and do not operate a production partner network or domestic fulfillment center. All orders are produced through our quality-controlled production partners and shipped internationally with full tracking.
Production Time
3 to 4 business days. Your garment is cut, sublimated, and finished under rigorous quality control by our production partners. No piece ships until it meets our internal standard. Production time is separate from and in addition to shipping transit time.
Shipping Transit Time
5 to 7 business days to North American addresses via premium international carriers — DHL Express and FedEx — with direct routing. No economy consolidators. No blind drops.
Total estimated delivery: 8 to 12 business days from order confirmation (production + transit combined).
Note: Jersey Familiar does not ship from a U.S. location. All orders are fulfilled by our international production partners and shipped with tracked international service.
Tracking
A tracking reference is issued once your order departs our production facility. You will receive tracking information via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.
