Jersey Familiar is an independent design studio. We create original, archival-inspired lifestyle apparel — soccer jerseys and related garments conceived as wearable cultural objects for everyday high-street wear. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any professional soccer league, federation, national association, or club organization.

Original Design

All silhouettes, colorways, typographic treatments, and graphic compositions produced by Jersey Familiar are original studio works. Any reference to national identity, cultural heritage, or sporting tradition is expressed through independent creative interpretation — not through the reproduction of protected marks, badges, or team insignia.

User-Generated Custom Assets

For individual and team customization orders that include client-supplied graphics, emblems, wordmarks, or any other visual assets: the client warrants that all submitted materials are fully authorized for use and do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. Jersey Familiar produces custom pieces in good faith based on client-provided specifications. The client assumes full legal responsibility for the authorization and legitimacy of any user-generated assets submitted for production.

Jersey Familiar reserves the right to decline any customization request that, in our sole judgment, presents intellectual property concerns or conflicts with our studio's values.

Product Representation

We make every effort to represent our products accurately through photography and written description. However, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur due to differences in display calibration, fabric dye lots, and sublimation conditions. These variations are inherent to the nature of made-to-order garment production and do not constitute defects.

Limitation of Liability

Jersey Familiar shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the original transaction. All purchases are subject to our published Refund and Shipping policies.
