Jersey Familiar is an independent, soccer-inspired custom jersey studio operated by NORTH ELM COMMERCE INC. All designs produced and sold by Jersey Familiar are original creative works conceived and developed by our studio.

No Official Affiliation

Our products are not official team merchandise and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by any of the following:

  • Any national football / soccer team or federation
  • Any international tournament or organizing body (including but not limited to tournament organizer, UEFA, CONMEBOL, CONCACAF)
  • Any professional club, league, or association
  • Any professional athlete or public figure
  • Any sportswear brand (including but not limited to sportswear brand, sportswear brand, sportswear brand, New Balance, or Umbro)

Country-Inspired Design Language

Country-inspired colorways, cultural references, and design motifs are used as aesthetic and cultural expressions only. These references reflect shared soccer culture and national identity — they do not constitute affiliation, endorsement, or reproduction of any official intellectual property.

No official crests, badges, tournament logos, federation marks, or third-party trademarks are reproduced on our products. Any visual resemblance to official team kits is incidental and reflects the shared visual language of soccer culture, not affiliation or authorization.

Custom Name & Number

Custom name and number personalization is applied at the customer’s request and for personal expression only. It does not imply any association with, endorsement by, or authorization from any professional athlete, team, federation, tournament, club, or sportswear brand.

Original Intellectual Property

All Jersey Familiar design elements — including typography, graphic systems, layout compositions, and brand identity — are original works owned by NORTH ELM COMMERCE INC. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use of our designs is prohibited.
