At Jersey Familiar, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and affordably as possible. All orders are fulfilled by our production partners and shipped directly to you — Jersey Familiar does not operate a warehouse. Production and shipping are separate stages; total delivery time includes both.

Processing time
Most standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated production timelines:
- Standard non-custom items: 1–3 business days
- Custom jerseys with printed customization: 3–7 business days
- Custom jerseys with embroidered or patch-heavy details: 5–12 business days
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Estimated shipping times
Delivery estimates shown in the rate table above reflect transit time after dispatch. Total order time = production time + transit time. Estimates may vary due to customs, holidays, carrier delays, or peak season demand.
Custom orders
Custom products require additional production time because they are made specifically for your order.
Please carefully review all customization details before submitting your order.
Split shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on production status, inventory availability, or shipping origin.
Tracking
Tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has shipped. Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear.
Customs, duties, and taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect address
