At Jerseyfamiliar, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns

We accept return requests for eligible non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging where applicable

Non-returnable items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging if relevant

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund
  • Store credit

The resolution offered will depend on the specific situation.

Return shipping

If the issue is caused by our error, we will cover the related return or replacement cost where applicable.

If a return is approved for any other reason, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow:

  • 3–7 business days for inspection and processing
  • Additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because many orders enter processing quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after purchase.

For custom orders, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.
